Rates are per character.
Additional Character — 70% of the base rate.
Commercial Use — 80% of the total price.
Background and Additional Items — 200php starting rate.
Additional Versions — 100php starting rate.
Bust Up — 1000php
Waist Up — 1300php
Half Body — 1600php
Full Body —2000php
About Additional Character/s
Maximum of 2 additional characters per slot. (couple/trio)
Please note that these characters cannot be separated or have solo versions. This rule will be strictly followed ^^
However, if the client initially commissions solo characters, they may request the artist to combine them into a single canvas.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By commissioning the artist, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Rights and Rules
The artist has the right to decline any commission request.
The artist has the right to use the commissioned artwork in their portfolio or on social media, unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
The commissioned artwork is strictly for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
Proper credit must be given to the artist when sharing the commissioned artwork online.
Clients are not allowed to resell the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.
Process and Payment
After securing a slot, the client may send commission details through any of the artist’s social media accounts.
Details should include:
Character/s: solo, couple, or trio.
Composition Details: pose, expression, hairstyle, clothes, accessories, etc...
References: Inspiration images, color palettes, backgrounds, theme, or any visual guide.
If the commission request is accepted, the artist will provide a price quote and an estimated turnaround time.
The TAT varies between 1 week to 3 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of the commission and the client's position in the queue.
Clients should inform the artist of any specific deadlines. The artist will try to accommodate requests, but the completion time will still depend on their schedule. For strict deadlines, the client must discuss it with the artist beforehand to determine feasibility.
Once details are finalized, the artist will send a sketch for approval.
Minor revisions can be requested at this stage. However, major revisions, such as completely changing the pose, will require additional charges. (100-300 php)
Once the sketch has been approved, a 50% down payment is required. Clients may also pay in full if preferred.
The artist will start rendering the artwork only after receiving the initial payment. If payment is not settled, the artist will proceed with the next commission in the queue.
Only minor revisions are accepted in the rendering stage.
The client will be updated on the progress every 3 to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
Once the artwork is completed, a watermarked preview will be sent for the final review.
If there are no further adjustments needed, the client must proceed with the remaining payment.
After receiving the payment, the final artwork will be sent via Gmail or Gdrive. Png, transparent png, and background (if availed) are included in the file.
Cancellations and Refund Policies
Clients may cancel their slot without penalty.
If the client fails to provide the commission details within 5 days after securing a slot, the slot will be considered void and will reopened for other clients.
Cancellations are not allowed once the commission is in progress.
If the artist fails to complete the commission within the agreed timeframe, the client will receive compensation based on the length of the delay.
For delays of 1–2 weeks, a 30% discount will be applied to the final payment.
For delays of 3 weeks up to 1 month, the remaining balance will be waived as compensation.
If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund for any payments made. The artist will notify the client asap in such cases and discuss any possible alternatives, such as rescheduling the commission if the client prefers.
