The artist has the right to decline any commission request.
The artist has the right to use the commissioned artwork in their portfolio or on social media, unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
The commissioned artwork is strictly for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
Proper credit must be given to the artist when sharing the commissioned artwork online.
Clients are not allowed to resell the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.

Process and Payment

The TAT varies between 1 week to 3 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of the commission and the client's position in the queue.
Once details are finalized, the artist will send a sketch for approval.
Minor revisions can be requested at this stage. However, major revisions, such as completely changing the pose, will require additional charges.
Once the sketch has been approved, a 50% down payment is required. Clients may also pay in full if preferred.
The artist will start rendering the artwork only after receiving the initial payment. If payment is not settled, the artist will proceed with the next commission in the queue.
Only minor revisions are accepted in the rendering stage.
The client will be updated on the progress every 3 to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
Once the artwork is completed, the client must proceed with the remaining payment.
The final artwork will be sent via Gdrive.

Cancellations and Refund Policies

Clients may cancel their slot without penalty.
Cancellations are not allowed once the commission is in progress.
If the artist is unable to complete the commission within the agreed timeframe, the client will receive compensation based on the length of the delay.

For delays of 1- 2 weeks, a 20% discount will be applied to the total payment.
For delays of 3 - 4 weeks, the 50% of the total payment will be waived as compensation.

Cancellation (Artist's side): If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund for any payments made. The artist will notify the client asap in such cases and discuss any possible alternatives, such as rescheduling the commission if the client prefers.
